Abstract
The co-existence of significant carotid stenosis and coronary artery disease poses a serious management
challenge. The options include either staged or combined carotid and coronary revascularization procedures.
We report on four cases of combined carotid endarterectomy (CEA) and coronary artery bypass surgery
(CABG) with excellent perioperative results.
